Hello all. Trying to get back in the swing of things after taking some time to recover from that excellent two tournaments 24 hours that is USOpen weekend.
Looks like there won't be a Shawinigan/Repentigny tournament this year. And haven't heard anything about a Gatineau tournament yet, though I've got some inquiries out.
On the good news front, it sounded like the guys (and gal) in Madison, WI are looking into putting on their first-ever sanctioned event. They were talking about applying to put one on next June.
And I got an e-mail from a businessman in Hawaii who plans to start selling table hockey games (I assume Stiga) at his stores in Honolulu. He seems to be interested in starting a league or putting on a tournament and I'll work with him to help him get started. Even if it's just sending in his league results to the ITHF. Boy, there's a place I'd love to play table hockey---Hawaii.
