Im prasticing up on my betting skills for Las Vegas so i bet a Gatineau type will WIN and PRINT IT! Its the GAMACHE or DESJARDINS.
Its great to see players traveling to this event! The East has lost dates over the last few years. Binghamton picks up some slack whith this great event . Good luck to the travelers and to the orginizers playing in BINGHAMTON!

Those "hot hands" are very dangerous! Often times that's what wins the cup! Good luck to all and sorry I cannot be there. |

Good luck to all of the players involved in the Battle at Binghamton today.
It's a great day for table hockey!

Here's your A Group at Binghamton...
1. Alain Gamache
2. Steve Bernstein
3. Eric DesJardins
4. David Decrozant
5. Michel Decarie
6. Chris DiDomizio
7. Dany Leclerc
8. Stephen Klump
Mr. Caponetti was a late scratch, I am told. But Mr. Bernstein a late add.
We've got two US players in the top 8. Go Steve and Chris!
Them Canadians are tough. It's like hockey is big in Canada or something... |

Thanks Len, John, and Eric for keeping the community updated. I am just not that electronically savey. The final results were accurate and the official results for all players will be posted on the USTHA website soon. To all who attended, My apologies for the slow start to the event and my abscense for the first 1.5 hours to attend my daughter's NY State Championship run in Field Hockey!

Her team had won Friday , which she played a big role in but unfortunately the lost 2-0 on Saturday against a team with the goaltender with the last name of Didomizio. Those Didom's were hard to beat that day, even at our event. But, Hockey is in my families blood, from table, to ice, to the grass, GO HOCKEY! I hope everyone had a great time, tell your friends who were not in attendance about us and maybe next year they will put us on there schedule. I hope you all got your fill of food we will try to improve on that next year as well. Maybe we will have waitresses serve you at your seat. Can't beat that carving station though, hah!
Congrats Again to the winners! but I think everyone was a winner!

The OVTHL pulled back into the Burgh early Sunday morning around 4 30 am. We woud like to thank Mike for the hospitality and for putting on a great tournament. We all had a blast and it was great seeing familiar faces again and meeting some new ones. The door prizes, tee shirt and giant beer mug were great !!!. And man o man, what a buffett !!! That was easliy at least a $10 buffett at any restaraunt and all included in the entry fee.
The OVTHL is already looking forward to next year as well improving on our performance again.
Thanks Mike, for a real good time.
And a thank you to Len for bringing international players, you were a hero, at least to us. _________________ IT'S A GRATEFUL DAY FOR HOCKEY

Congrats to all involved in the Battle at Binghamton.
Looking at the tournament Champion plus the B Pool and C Pool Champions, that was a very strong field of competitors!
I like the way your tournament leads up to a minor league hockey game, too!

Congratulations to all those who attended or supported from afar. Another successful, fun event.
I'd telephoned Mecca awhile back about the event, as Binghamtom is not too far from home and would afford me a picturesque drive, as well as an opportunity to see some of you I'd not seen in awhile. (Okay, and to get out of the house). But, I had to work both Saturday and Sunday.
I look forward to reading up on the event and seeing the photos.
Cheers |
