Is is feasible for you to make custom pucks out of wood or plastic?
I have posted the important dimensions and most importantly the weight in the post "Table Hockey Pucks".

If the custom puck weighed too much, I would drill out the center to get as close to the weight as possible. Drilling the center has the added advantage of less contact with the playing surface, which should lead to a more "Slippery" puck.

You can make a template of the puck cross section to use as a guide to get the proper puck shape. The diamond pucks that I have seen have slightly rounded edges.

My personal preference is an oak puck around .130 oz.
I feel it bounces less than plastic.
I'm certain many would take issue, but that is table hockey.
It was fun to make my own pucks and I am very pleased with them, but I am always looking to improve anything to do with my games.
In my industry (when I had to WORK!!), we called this "Ongoing Improvement".

Just my opinions.
I hope they help or give you other ideas toward an acceptable solution for you.

Do you have a picture of the puck? God knows if I have one laying around because I wouldn't know it if it bit me in the arse.

I've picked up a bunch of random pucks over the last year plus so you never know!
