Hey guys. While search for parts on craigslist to restore a childhoold table hockey game, I came across a Gamecraft table on craigslist and picked it up for $50. The table was in decent shape, the electronics didn't work, some of the spinning mechanisms weren't smooth, etc. Thanks to this site, I got some ideas (the guy with the Winnepeg table) and was able to get parts on rodhockeyshop.com....our table is now complete. My buddy is a Pens fan, I'm a Flyers fan, we put our own spin on things. The table came with Colorado and Detroit colored teams....we painted over them and got extra teams from rodhockeyshop.com. So we have two lines and painted them to match the all-time greats from each organization. I made a puck drop system from a broken ice hockey stick and two pucks. We even picked up a mini Stanley cup and a zamboni that is a desk vacuum that cleans the surface....yeah, we're nerds. Added "The Goal Light" (us.thegoallight.com/) with a remote on each side.

Just wanted to thank you for this website. It really helped us along the way and we spend most of our free time playing.

I made this video for an upcoming tournament we plan to host.

Here is the video of the puck drop assembly.

I found a Pola 300 game on CL a few weeks ago and am currently restoring my Pola 400, as originally planned. I now have two full teams for this table as well

Cheers

Nice Job. Did you modify the outside with cupholders yourself of was that factory? I'm going to have to copy your puck dropping mechanic. That's a great idea.

Thanks! I put in the cupholders as well after having a drink spill all over the place when my buddy tried to jam a shot home. They are 3" drop in table (poker) cup holders. I didn't think I could go much bigger without cutting into the table. But I was able to use a 2&7/8 inch hole saw and cut into the plastic underneath to install them.

More on the cupholders...they only hold a beer can, bottle...no coozies. They also hold pint mugs wedged in.

Holesaw cut through the table
