I love my Stiga game I got this past Christmas although I sometimes struggle finding opponents. A few guys are able to come over every once in a while and we can get in some action but my best competition is with some family members that live about 100 miles away that we go visit about once a month.

I have the Husky X-workforce which folds up quite nicely but I was wondering what other players do when traveling with their Stiga .. I have the original box but it will start to wear down over time - that and it would be nice to be able to leave the goals up since i have the plastic deflectors and all that. Has anybody found something that works good for traveling with their STIGA ?

Hey Doc,

I would check with Lowes or Home Cheapo and see if they have a box from a window about the size of your Stiga. Then you can slide that baby in the box all set up and it should fit like a glove. I also use those binder clips and push all the rods in and put the binder clips on the rods underneath right next to the walls so the rods don't fly all over the place. Granted the rods are steel and shouldn't bend but I still bend those clips open so they don't clamp down as hard. Hope this helps. Happy traveling. Where are you from?
