On April 2nd; Marysville, Pa.; Dave Miller is holding his 3rd annual BENEFIT THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY TOURNY. There are a few small trophies awarded each year but, approximately 90% of the proceeds go directly to the ACS.

Dave and his wife Becky have been involved in fighting cancer for a number of years and it is our honor in central Pennsylvania to help them in this wonderful cause.

Any person reading this post is welcome to particpate in the event. There is a $20 entry fee, you may bring your own food and drinks if desired; otherwise, the food is free and so is a great time.

Standard tourny rules apply and a very laid back environment is always the norm. If you are interested, please contact Dave Miller at: davidkm45@embarqmail.com or, stevedowell@pa.net for further information. We are hoping to have anywhere between 15 and 20 people. You may send a check to Dave Miller in advance (preferred) or if uncertain about your status or that of others until just before the tourny date, you may pay at the door. Smile

Hello friends. At the end of action for the 3rd annual Benefit the America Cancer Society Tourny, it was John Power outlasting all others; finally Joe Gurney in the Finals to win his first ever BTACST Cup!
Congradulations to John and also ALL OTHERS who made the trip and participated!

This was our 3rd year of existance; promoted and organized by the one, the only, Dave Miller. Over the course of 3 years, more than $800 has been raised by this good cause.

Click: www.cpthl.org then click the PICIYUNE link and scroll toward the bottom of that page to read and view the action. Not Worthy

Dave Miller deserves a lot of credit for organizing this event and putting on such a delightful tournament. Im just glad I got a chance to play with all my PA buddies as well as my great friends Adam and Anthony. I encourage players everywhere to start up a multi-game or "bring your own game" league or tournament. Playing on all the games is not only a genuine treat, but you include guys who do not play on the more popular games and so meet new guys and discover new styles to play table hockey. There is more to life than Stiga or Custom Coleco and the old vintage games are worthy of restoration and attention.

I played on a munro game, an eagle 5340 (with gameroom players), an Eagle G155 (with yellowstick players), an Eagle Playoff (s-slot with yellow players and 5 inch nets), a pair of coleco 5385s, a coleco 5170, a carleco, and finally the "Grandfather" of the lot, an Eagle 540, customized and with a custom puck-dropper and wooden puck by 540 Master and Bodycheck Maven Anthony Sciacca Not Worthy . Table Hockey Heaven? I was living it on Saturday Very Happy
